Can I order a sample first?+
Tell us the model and whether you need a standard sample or a customized sample. Availability, sample fees, shipping and any credit against a future order are confirmed in your quotation.
What can be customized?+
Explore cup and lid selection, color, logo placement, decorative finishes, compatible accessories and packaging. Each option is checked against the selected cup and your artwork.
How long does production take?+
Timing depends on the configuration, sample approval, quantity and production schedule. We confirm an estimated lead time for the agreed order; there is no universal lead time for every product.
Can you provide testing documentation?+
Ask about the exact model, material configuration and destination market. Relevant documents need to match the product and report scope. A material grade or testing organization name does not establish compliance for every finished product.
Are all cups leakproof or dishwasher-safe?+
No single claim applies to every cup. Straw lids, drinking mechanisms, finishes and materials vary. Confirm the intended use, care instructions and applicable performance checks for your selected configuration.
How do I request a quotation?+
Add designs to your shortlist and send your estimated quantity, destination, customization and timing through the project form. You can also contact us by email or WhatsApp.
How are shipping and payment arranged?+
Shipping method, destination, trade terms, payment arrangements and inspection requirements are agreed in the order quotation. Charges vary by order; the website does not collect online payment.
How are quality issues handled?+
Contact us with your order reference, a description and clear photos or video. The agreed specifications, inspection records and order terms guide the review and proposed next step.
